How do I reserve a bounce house?​
Reservations are made online and require full payment at the time of booking. Your rental date is not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed.

How far in advance should I book?​
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, graduation parties, and summer events. Popular units often book several weeks in advance.

Do you deliver and set up the bounce house?​
Yes! ADK Bounce House Rentals delivers, sets up, and secures all equipment. We also return after your event to take down and remove the equipment.

Is setup included in the rental price?​
Yes, setup and takedown are included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations more than 10 miles from our operating location.
​
Is there a travel fee?​
Deliveries within 10 miles are included. Locations beyond 10 miles may incur a travel fee based on distance. Any travel fee will be provided before delivery and must be paid before setup.

How long is the rental for?​
The rental is for 8 hours.
​
What type of surface can inflatables be set up on?​
We can typically set up on grass, asphalt, concrete, and other level surfaces. The setup area must be clean, level, and free of debris, animal waste, sharp objects, sprinkler systems, and overhead obstructions.

Do I need electricity?​
Yes. Inflatables require a dedicated electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup location.
​
What if I do not have an electrical outlet nearby?​
No problem! We offer generator rentals for locations without a suitable power source. Generator rental fees apply.
​
Are generators available?
Yes. Generators can be rented when needed. Customers are responsible for any damage, theft, or misuse of rented generators.

What happens if it rains?
Safety is our top priority. If severe weather prevents setup, we may offer a rain check or transfer your rental to another available date. Once equipment has been delivered and setup is complete, no refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

What if I have a multi-day rental and it rains one of the days?​
Weather is unpredictable and beyond our control. Once equipment has been delivered and setup is complete, no refunds or credits will be issued for weather affecting any portion of a multi-day rental.

Can adults use the bounce houses?​
Many of our inflatables are designed for children, while some units may accommodate adults. Occupancy and weight limits vary by unit. Please ask us if you need an inflatable suitable for adults.

Are water slides available?
Yes! We offer select inflatables designed specifically for water use. Standard bounce houses and dry slides may not be used with water unless specifically designated as water units.

What should participants wear?
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and remove shoes, jewelry, eyeglasses, and any sharp objects before entering the inflatable.

What is not allowed inside the bounce house?
The following items are prohibited:
• Food and drinks
• Gum and candy
• Silly string
• Face paint
• Glitter
• Confetti
• Sharp objects
• Shoes
• Pets

Do I need to supervise the bounce house?
Yes. Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use. The renter is responsible for ensuring all safety rules are followed.

Can I move the inflatable after it is set up?
No. Once installed, inflatables may not be moved, relocated, disconnected, or altered for any reason. If adjustments are needed, please contact us.

What happens if the equipment is damaged?
The customer is financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. If equipment is destroyed, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the customer may be responsible for the full replacement value of the equipment.

Are photos taken before and after delivery?
Yes. ADK Bounce House Rentals photographs and documents all equipment before delivery and after pickup to verify condition and document any damages.

Do you clean your inflatables?
Absolutely. All inflatables are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each rental.

What time will my bounce house arrive?
Delivery times vary based on our schedule and route for the day. We will communicate delivery windows prior to your event.

Can I keep the bounce house overnight?
Some units may be available for overnight or multi-day rentals. Contact us for availability and pricing.​​​

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
All payments are non-refundable. In certain circumstances, we may allow a rental date transfer or rescheduling based on availability and at our sole discretion.
