How do I reserve?

Booking is easy! Simply choose your inflatable, select your event date, and submit your booking request online. A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Is delivery included?

Yes! Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within 10 miles of our service area. Locations outside of 10 miles may require an additional travel fee based on distance.

Do you set up the inflatable?

Absolutely. Our team handles the full setup and takedown to ensure everything is installed safely and properly.

How long does setup take?

Most bounce houses and water slides can be fully setup within 20–40 minutes depending on the inflatable size and setup location.

Do bounce houses need electricity?

Yes. A standard household electrical outlet within approximately 50 feet is required for setup. We can also discuss generator options if needed.

Are your inflatables cleaned?

Yes! All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before every rental to ensure a safe and clean experience for your guests.

What happens if it rains?

Safety comes first. Bounce houses and water slides cannot operate during high winds, lightning, or severe weather. If weather causes cancellation before setup, deposits may be transferred to a future available date.

Can adults use the inflatables?

Some inflatables are designed for children only, while others can safely accommodate teens and adults. Please ask about weight and age limits for specific units.

Do you require supervision?

Yes. Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use to ensure safe operation and prevent injuries.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and online payments for fast and secure checkout.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and summer dates, as availability can fill quickly.

What if the inflatable gets damaged during my rental?

A refundable $500 damage deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit is securely held on the card used for booking and will be fully returned if no damage, excessive cleaning, missing equipment, or misuse is found after pickup and inspection. Customers are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear.

What items are not allowed inside the bounce houses?

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Shoes

  • Food or drinks

  • Silly string

  • Gum

  • Sharp objects

  • Pets

  • Confetti

  • Face paint

These items can damage the inflatable and may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
